look on the bright side! you got an important "base tan," which means your feet won't burn anymore when you wear the flippies. [these things will make more sense when you're on my tropical, sunny side of the world.] but seriously, you'd better get used to it because we're totally going to the beach and it'll look weird if you're wearing cowboy boots or [gah!] mandals.
